Terms of Service

The rules for using 27BigGroup services. Please read them before you buy a plan.

Last updated: 27 September 2026
In short: by creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms. You own the content you upload, we host it so the service can work, and you are responsible for what you publish. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and our Refund Policy gives you 14 days to change your mind.

Who we are The person behind the service

27BigGroup is a software service operated by Nguyen Dai, an individual sole proprietor based in Vietnam. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean 27BigGroup; "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

These terms cover the following products:

ProductWhat it does
27Big Code
code.27biggroup.com
a drag-and-drop website builder: you design pages, publish them and manage the published sites from one place.
Wedding Photo Slides
slide.27biggroup.com
a tool that turns your wedding photos into a slideshow you can present or share by link.

We also run other services for customers in Vietnam. Those are governed by our Vietnamese terms.

2
Accounts and eligibility One account, kept by you

You need an account to use a paid plan. You can sign up with an email address and password, or with your Google account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3
Plans, billing and automatic renewal What you pay for and when

Paid plans are sold as subscriptions. You pay in advance for a billing period — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose — and the plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

4
Payments and merchant of record Who takes your money and issues the receipt

International card payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record for those orders. That means Polar is the seller of record for the transaction, issues your receipt, and collects and remits any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country.

Polar's name may therefore appear on your card or bank statement instead of ours.

We never see or store your full card details. Payment data is handled by Polar and its payment processors. We receive only what we need to run your account: your name, email address, country, the plan you bought and the amount paid.

Customers in Vietnam can also pay by domestic bank transfer. Those orders are sold directly by us, not through Polar.

5
Refunds and cancellation The short version — details on the Refund page

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any charge, including a renewal charge, and you do not need to give a reason. Write to support@27biggroup.com.

After those 14 days we do not refund the remainder of a period, but you can cancel so that the plan does not renew again. The full rules are on our Refund Policy page.

6
Your content and your rights to it You own what you upload

Everything you upload or create — images, text, music, page designs, slideshows and the data your visitors submit through your forms — stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it.

To run the service, you give us permission to store, copy, process and display that content: for example to show your pages to visitors, to make image thumbnails, to back up data, and to let you present a slideshow. This permission lasts as long as the content is on our service, and it ends when you delete the content or your account. It is limited to running and improving the service — we do not sell your content or use it to advertise something else.

You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload, including photos of other people and any music you add, and that publishing it does not break the law.

We may show examples of published work in our marketing only with your permission, or when the work is already public and you have asked us to feature it.
7
Acceptable use What you may not do with the service

These rules exist so the service stays safe and stays online for everyone.

If you find content on our service that breaks these rules, tell us at support@27biggroup.com and we will look into it.

8
Websites and slideshows you publish You are the publisher

When you publish a website or share a slideshow link, you are the publisher of that content. You are responsible for what it says, for any personal data you collect through it, and for meeting the rules that apply to your own visitors — for example cookie and privacy notices where those are required.

We may take a published page offline if we receive a credible legal complaint, if it breaks section 7, or if we are required to by law or by our own providers. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

If you connect your own domain name, you are responsible for the domain registration and for keeping its settings correct.

9
Our software and templates What stays ours

The service itself — our software, editor, templates, sample content, logos and brand — remains our property or that of our licensors. Buying a plan does not transfer ownership of any of it.

While your account is in good standing, you may use our templates and sample assets inside the projects you build with the service, including commercially. You may not extract them to sell or redistribute on their own.

10
Availability and changes to the service Best effort, not a guarantee

We work to keep the service online and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise a particular uptime. Maintenance, provider outages, network problems and attacks can interrupt the service.

We keep developing the product, so features change. If we plan to remove or substantially reduce a paid feature, we will give you notice by email, and you may cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period.

Features marked as beta or experimental are provided as they are and may change or disappear without notice.

Keep your own copies. We take backups, but you should keep your own copies of important images and content. We are not able to guarantee recovery of data in every situation.

11
Suspension and termination How an account ends

You can leave at any time. Cancel your subscription in your account, and delete your account from the account settings if you want your data removed. Deleting your account removes your projects and uploaded files, and this cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 7, that is used for fraud, or that causes chargebacks or abuse complaints. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will contact you first. In serious cases — for example fraud, illegal content, or an attack on the service — we may act immediately.

If we close your account for a breach, we do not refund the remaining period. If we close it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your current period.

After an account is closed, we delete or anonymise its data as described in our Privacy Policy, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.

12
Disclaimers and limitation of liability The limits of what we can be held to

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or that it will meet a particular need of yours.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example lost profit, lost business, or loss caused by content becoming temporarily unavailable. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country, including mandatory consumer rights in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
13
Changes to these terms How you will hear about them

We may update these terms as the service changes or as the law requires. The date at the top shows the current version.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or by a notice in the product at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies and ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period.

14
Governing law and disputes Talk to us first

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes that cannot be settled between us go to the competent courts of Vietnam. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring a claim locally, that right is not affected.

Before any formal step, please write to support@27biggroup.com. Almost every problem — a wrong charge, a renewal you did not expect, a page taken down — is faster to fix by email than by anything else.
